Santander's Cultivate Small Business Program

This program is designed to support the growth of early-stage woman-,
BIPOC-, and immigrant-owned food businesses in emerging neighborhoods
in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.

IMPORTANT: The deadline for submitting applications is June 15, 2023!

Applicant Criteria

This immersive 12-week learning experience is designed to help grow and sustain women, immigrant, and BIPOC-women businesses in low- and moderate-income communities. The Program combines MBA level education with mentorship and capital grants to support entrepreneurs dedicated to working on their business while working in their business.

The candidate criteria is as follows:

  • Be willing to commit to the full Program length and participate actively in the Program.
  • Are women, immigrant, or BIPOC owned in the food industry.
  • Have been in operation for at least one year.
  • Have revenues between $25,000 and $1,000,000 in the last calendar year.

The Program will be highly interactive and includes both gamification and opportunities and mechanisms for networking/relationship building among participants. The course will be delivered via Babson College's Online Learning Platform for an exclusive cohort of similarly-minded food industry businesses.
